Industry
In energy technology, the text inventory grows faster than the team responsible for it.
A manufacturer of battery storage systems and inverters with 500 employees: Salesforce in sales, SAP as ERP, Freshdesk in service, a portal for installers, websites for six countries. Every new device generation brings data sheets, installation guides and knowledge articles in many languages. Stricter rules for environmental claims have applied since 27 September 2026. And every morning, service has tickets waiting from installers who report an error code and need an answer before their next customer appointment. This is where AI in energy technology comes in: a workflow checks, translates and pre-sorts, and your team approves.
Workflows
Five workflows that pay off in energy technology
The industry sells equipment that stays in the field for ten to twenty years. The volume of texts, devices and partners that someone has to maintain is correspondingly large. The analysis shows which workflows pay off for you.
-
Checking environmental claims across all texts
Websites, data sheets, press releases, shop, editorial guidelines
A cleantech manufacturer typically has several thousand pages and documents that say "zero emissions", "climate neutral" or "sustainable". The EmpCo Directive (EU) 2024/825 allows such claims only with evidence. The workflow reads the entire text inventory in all languages, marks every passage with its location and classification, and proposes a wording that can be substantiated, following your guidelines. A person approves every passage.
Texts and content at scaleService -
Maintaining service content in many languages
Knowledge base in the ticket system, installation guides, technical glossary
Installers in ten or more markets need guides and knowledge articles in their language, and every firmware update changes steps and error codes. The workflow translates only what has changed, sticks to your technical glossary and checks every version for figures, codes and missing steps. Terms that have two meanings in one language are put forward for a decision. The service content is maintained in one place.
Texts and content at scaleService -
Pre-sorting tickets from installers
Freshdesk or Zendesk, serial numbers in the ERP, knowledge articles
A manufacturer with several tens of thousands of devices in the field often receives hundreds of tickets a week, many about known error codes. The workflow reads the ticket, recognises device, serial number, firmware and error code, and attaches the matching troubleshooting steps from your knowledge articles as a draft reply. Warranty cases, safety issues and unknown fault patterns go straight to a person. Service answers the routine cases in minutes and has time for the rest.
Sales and communicationService -
Checking commissioning and warranty documents
Installer portal, SAP, serial numbers, forms
Installers upload commissioning reports, photos and warranty registrations, incomplete and in every format. The workflow reads the documents, matches serial number, installation date and installer against the ERP and checks whether all mandatory warranty details are there. If something is missing, a request goes to the installer, not to your sales office. Complete cases are booked, deviations are put forward for review.
Tools that fit youService -
Putting partner and installer data in order
Salesforce, partner portal, training certificates, registers
A partner network of thousands of installation firms leaves the CRM full of duplicates, outdated addresses and certifications whose status nobody knows. The workflow merges duplicates according to your rules, fills in missing details from public sources with the source stated, and flags expired training certificates. Enquiries from end customers then reach the right certified partner nearby. Every change is logged.

Systems
Typical systems in energy technology
Sales, service and the partner network run in different systems. The manual work comes from transferring data between them.
- CRM and salesSalesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, partner and installer portals

- ServiceFreshdesk, Zendesk, service portals, knowledge bases for installers

Objections
What matters most in energy technology
The objections energy technology manufacturers raise first, and our answers.
- EmpCo and environmental claims. The workflow does not decide what can be substantiated; it finds every claim in the text inventory and puts it forward for approval according to your guidelines. The legal assessment stays with you and your legal advisers.
- Standards, certificates, regulation. The workflow takes details on standards, approvals and certificates only from the approved source for each device and never words them itself.
- Service documentation in many languages. Translation uses your technical glossary and covers only what has changed; safety notices come from approved modules, and every language version goes through a check.
- Customers with high data requirements. Anyone supplying grid operators, industry or the public sector has to be able to explain the data flow; that is why we disclose it for each workflow and you decide whether a model runs on your own servers, in Europe or in the cloud under contract.
- The EU AI Act. Workflows for texts, service and data are, as a rule, not high-risk systems under the EU AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689; where transparency or human oversight is required, the workflow meets it through rules, a log and approval.
Evidence
A case from the industry
An energy technology manufacturer with around 400 employees runs ten domains with up to four languages per website and service content in eleven languages. Checking all environmental claims by hand would have taken several person-months. A workflow read the entire text inventory and marked every passage with location, language and classification, and a tool shows the action needed for each page. Rewording follows an editorial guideline, and a person approves each passage.
The case study also shows what went wrong: the first classification was too strict and flagged passages that were not environmental promises. The rules were refined.
Prices
Prices
Analysis, build and ongoing operation have fixed prices that are published on our website, and after each stage you decide again. The cost of a workflow such as checking environmental claims or pre-sorting tickets is set as a fixed price after the analysis: Approach and prices.
